REALLY IMPORTANT – as someone who just travled to Victoria (June 2026) – don’t expect shops to be open after 4pm! We went, execting to get a sweater or toodle and by a hat etc – but on a FRIDAY – Victoria was shut tight by 4pm. WTF?? No shops and only some cafe’s were open. This should be one everyone’s radar- The island closes at 4.
